{—ooc; I hope I read this right… First off, you poor thing, OP. Here’s what you need to do, seeing how I’ve been through this before, if you found out through someone they knew, ask them for an obituary to remember them by. If your character and their character were close, make a morning post. You know how much you loved your partner as a friend, treat it as such.
Make a ooc post, secondly. Talk about your partner. The good times. Make yourself feel a little better knowing that they are in a better place now. And thirdly? Go take a break. Leave your rp blog or forum for a little bit. Take some time to mourn. If you live close to them, go to the funeral, because remember — This was your friend as they were to everyone else.
I say this because I’ve seen the dumbass replies on this post. I’ve gone through this before. I’ve seen many a good roleplayer pass, and I haven’t been there to pay my respects. But, I hold their obituaries close because I knew how well of a friend they were. Please, OP. Go get some personal time away from threads. Take some time to yourself.
